About Our Purpose
Tools that Continue to Serve
Our children are capable of incredible things. However, doing the things that matter can be a lesson in learning how to manage our needs and show up flexibly.
We believe in teaching children these skills that may continue to serve them into adulthood.

About Our Approach
Working With
Our G Parenting courses are all informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This is an empirically-supported treatment approach that fosters flexibility with all of our experiences and supports valued living - no matter the circumstance.
ACT is foundational to our work because it centers personal values to guide meaningful and workable actions - for you and your children. Our content infuses ACT through use of metaphors, education, and compassionate experiential practice.
We believe in the importance of learning how to compassionately and flexibly cope with life challenges. We trust in these tools and believe you and your children should have access to them too.
Our Process
Our approach to parenting captures all who hold parenting roles, including: teachers, therapists, coaches, and family members. We care that our content is adaptable to the many hands that reach for it.

Skills
We consider what struggles are impacting children, adolescents, and their caregivers, and what skills and approaches may best serve them.

Creative Integration
Then, we work to demystify the process through metaphor, imagery, experiential practice, and simplification.

Parent Guide
We provide "parent guides" to provide developmental understanding and support child learning.
